If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
If you are being referred by your physician, have their office send an appointment request, along with your medical records. You must also obtain a referral from your primary care physician if it is required by your insurance plan.
If you are a self-referral, please request any pertinent medical records be sent to our office from your treating provider(s). Our staff will review your records and contact you to schedule your appointment.

Our dynamic practice is seeking an office administrator for our medical practice. This is an assistant to the Practice Manager who will work on the billing/coding for pulmonary and sleep medicine using ICD-10, handle payroll updates, AR, and AP. Also, will be able to provide claims and collections assistance, be tech-savvy, and ready to troubleshoot technical issues. Prefer 2 years of medical office experience.
